Dorsey & Semrau is pleased to announce that Jonathan Testa, Esq., who joined the firm in 2018, has been named Partner.

Since being admitted to the Bar in 2009, Jonathan has become a tenacious litigator on numerous municipal issues.  Most notably, he is a recognized expert in affordable housing, providing extensive, effective strategies to clients  in the ever-changing housing development landscape.  Jonathan has an extraordinary work ethic.  That, combined with his depth of legal knowledge and his dedication and concern for clients and colleagues, makes him a truly unique attorney.  In addition to litigating numerous cases in State and Federal courts, including the New Jersey Supreme Court and Third Circuit Court of Appeals, Jonathan provides day-to-day legal guidance to our municipal clients.  As Partner, he will play a significant role in the future of Dorsey & Semrau.  Originally from Wayne, New Jersey, Jonathan resides in Morris County with his wife and daughter, and two dogs, Chewy and Stella.  He is an avid Mets and Giants fan and has made a commitment to cut back on his daily caffeine consumption.
