Associate

Kyle A. Fisher is an associate at Dorsey & Semrau, specializing in tax law, family law, and municipal matters. Mr. Fisher has concentrated his practice on tax law having appeared regularly in the Tax Court of New Jersey. Through his work, Mr. Fisher has helped to municipalities achieve numerous fiscally positive outcomes. Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Fisher clerked for the Honorable Thomas J. Walsh, J.S.C. focusing on matters pertaining to divorce and child support.

Mr. Fisher is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University- Penn State Law, where he was a member of the Thurgood Marshall Moot Court Team. Additionally, Mr. Fisher was the President of the Penn State Family Law Society as well as a member of the Penn State Family Law Clinic where represented clients on a variety of matters such as divorce and custody. During his time at Penn State, Mr. Fisher developed his interest and concentration in tax law as a volunteer in the Global Connections’ Tax Assistance Program. Mr. Fisher advised and assisted international students with preparing taxes as part of a pro bono service.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Fisher attended Lafayette College. Graduating in 2011, Mr. Fisher has a B.A. in Government & Law with a minor in Anthropology & Sociology. While at Lafayette, Mr. Fisher focused his studies on state and local policy and the impact on families.

Mr. Fisher is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey as well as the US District Court of New Jersey.
